Honey Vanilla Bean Stuffed dates

Servings: 40

INGREDIENTS
  • 20 Deglet dates, pitted and cut in half
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • 3 tsp vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)
  • 20 walnuts, halved
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Sea salt, optional for topping
METHOD
  1. Combine the cream cheese and vanilla bean paste in a small bowl.
  2. Transfer to a piping bag or ziptop bag with the corner of the bag snipped off. Pipe the filling into each date half and top with one walnut half.
  3. Drizzle dates with honey and sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.
