Honey Vanilla Bean Stuffed dates
Servings: 40
INGREDIENTS
- 20 Deglet dates, pitted and cut in half
- 4 oz light cream cheese
- 3 tsp vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)
- 20 walnuts, halved
- Honey, for drizzling
- Sea salt, optional for topping
METHOD
- Combine the cream cheese and vanilla bean paste in a small bowl.
- Transfer to a piping bag or ziptop bag with the corner of the bag snipped off. Pipe the filling into each date half and top with one walnut half.
- Drizzle dates with honey and sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.
