PUMPKIN Pie Protein Smoothie
Servings: 1 (8 ounces)
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese (or non-fat, plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1.5 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
