Anyone who knows me will be the first to tell you my all-time favorite dessert is the ever sinful s’mores in ANY WAY, SHAPE, or FORM! It’s such an addiction that I’ve even been known to call 10 different liquor stores and drive 2 hours out of my way to find s’mores flavored beer……don’t judge me. On the day S’mores Oreos were released I was on my phone the minute my grocery store opened to ask if they had them. If you invite me to your campfire be sure that I will not only bring all the fixings for this genius invention of messy chocolatey marshmallowey goodness (whether you like it or not) but I will be parked at the fire offering a perfectly made gooey treat for each and every guest. Toasting marshmallows to perfection is my specialty to which I only reveal my token technique to a chosen few.
Although I LOVE this classic gooey, sticky, warm, sinfully sweet treat more than one would consider healthy, eating it as much as I want would not be the best choice for my waistline or my sanity (hello, sugar crash!). I am always on a mission to develop new s’mores creations that satisfy my never-ending cravings of my favorite treat but also fill my body with vitamins and nutrients.
